Split transactions are not accepted.
- Only one promo code can be applied per Eligible Transaction. During the entire Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardholder can use each designated promo code ONCE only and subject to respective quota limitation available during the entire Promotion Period as such: promo code “CITI1” is limited to a total number of 4,000 quota and promo code “CITI2” is limited to a total number of 6,250 quota on a first-come-first-served basis while the quotas last. In the event that any quota has been used up, relevant notice may or may not be displayed on The Club Online Platform and the Offer shall be ended immediately without prior notice.
- If an Eligible Cardholder requests a cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full) for any order to which the Offer has been applied and after such cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full), the final order amount is less than the Eligible Transaction Amount (i.e. HK$6,000/ HK$9,500, as the case may be), the entitlement to the HK$200/ HK$450 instant discount under the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event the Merchant shall be entitled to first deduct from any refund to the Eligible Cardholders the corresponding value (i.e. HK$200/ HK$450, as the case may be) of instant discount applied.

New Redeemers Offer limited to the first 1,500 New Redeemers and the New Redeemers can be entitled to the New Redeemers Offer once during the entire Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts. The extra 500 Clubpoints will be credited to the New Redeemer’s The Club account within 4 to 6 weeks after the Promotion Period ended. The Club will determine the eligibility of New Redeemers to receive the offer based on its system’s records at its sole and absolute discretion.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Designated Cardholders’ eligibility to earn the extra Clubpoints is based on each one-off conversion made by the Cardholders. Cardholders are not entitled to the extra Clubpoints under this offer by combining the amount of converted Clubpoints from: (i) different conversions within the same day; or (ii) different days during Promotion Period. For example, a Cardholder is not entitled to any extra Clubpoints under this offer if he/she converts 2,500 Clubpoints in any one day during Promotion Period and converts another 2,500 Clubpoints on the same day or another day during Promotion Period; subject to Clause 16, while a Cardholder who converts 5,000 Clubpoints in a single conversion on any day during Promotion Period will be entitled to 1,250 extra Clubpoints.
- Designated Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of 5,000 Clubpoints in their Designated Card accounts in order to complete the Eligible Redemption to enjoy the offer.

- Citi Points Conversion to Clubpoints Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Designated Cards"), and Cardholders have to be The Club members.
- This Service is applicable to Cardholders’ Citi Points Conversion to Clubpoints (“Redemption”) via The Club’s official website www.theclub.com.hk or mobile application (“The Club Online Platform”).
- To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Designated Cards and their mobile numbers registered with The Club (which must be the same as the registered mobile numbers with Citibank) to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Cardholders can select the Citi Points amount to convert to Clubpoints and complete the Redemption under the Service.
- Citibank and The Club are not responsible for any failure to submit and/or process any Redemption arising from Cardholders’ exit, voluntarily or involuntarily, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 3, including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of The Club’s Online Platform or system.
- Each Cardholder can only perform Redemption once per day. The minimum amount of Clubpoints that can be converted under each Redemption is 500 Clubpoints. The maximum aggregate amount of Clubpoints that can be converted by the same The Club account per day is 5,000 Clubpoints. 20 Clubpoints is one unit; Cardholders can only choose to redeem in multiples of 20 Clubpoints. The Redemption is subject to the Cardholder’s available Citi Points in the Designated Card account. Clubpoints will be credited to the member’s The Club account instantly upon successful Redemption.
- The amount of Citi Points redeemed will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Designated Card account.
- The Redemption rate may vary by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Citi points required for Redemption are based on the Redemption rate displayed at The Club Online Platform at the time of Redemption.
- Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their mobile number. Such updated mobile number must be the same as the registered mobile number with The Club in order to enjoy the Service. Citibank and The Club shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
- Once the Redemption is confirmed, it is irreversible and it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
