I understand that Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank N.A., Hong Kong Branch (collectively, “the Bank”) will not convert my account to Citi Plus if my registration to decline is successful.
I confirm that the Citibank ATM/Debit card number I provided is correct. If the card number does not match with the Bank record, the Bank may not be able to proceed with the registration and may not be able to notify me of this fact.
The Bank will not accept any “Registration to decline Citi Plus invitation” after the “Deadline to decline Citi Plus invitation” as stated in the invitation letter.
I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed with the Bank’s Policy Statement relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance which will govern the personal data submitted to the Bank.
The bank reserves all the rights to the eligibility for banking type conversion. All matters and dispute are subject to the final decision of the Bank.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the content, the English version shall prevail.
