Acquisition Offer with Lucky Draw chance to win “Meet and Greet with Luis Figo Event” tickets Terms and Conditions (the “Program"):
- The promotion period is valid from September 1, 2023 to October 7, 2023, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- Customers (“Eligible Cardholders”) will be eligible for a chance to participate in the lucky draw and win Two (2) Tickets to the “Meet and Greet with Luis Figo Event” (the “Reward”) upon fulfilling the following conditions:
- Apply for a principal card of Citi The Club Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) through the designated websites (https://www1.citibank.com.hk/english/credit-cards/promotions/2023-uefa-club-card, https://www.citibank.com.hk/english/credit-cards/promotions/the-club-warm-transfer, http://citibank.hk/cititheclub or https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/citi-the-club-credit-card.html) during the Promotion Period;
- Eligible Card applications approved by October 13, 2023;
- Winners will be drawn randomly and the result will be announced on website citibank.hk/2023uefawinner on or before November 7, 2023.
- The Promotion is with limited quotas and only eligible to 80 winners. Each winner will be rewarded Two (2) Tickets to the “Meet and Greet with Luis Figo Event” (the “Reward”) on a random basis.
- The Reward is only applicable to customers who currently do not hold, have not cancelled and have not held any principal credit card of Citi Credit Card within the past 12 months from the month of application for the Designated Card (“New Customers”).
- If Eligible Cardholders’ applications are confirmed to be qualified for the Reward after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute direction, a confirmation will be sent to the winner’s registered contact information according to Citibank’s record via Citi Mobile® App Push Notification/ SMS on or before November 7, 2023. Winners have to ensure that the correct primary mobile number are provided in the bank record, such that the notification SMS can be delivered. Citibank will not be responsible for SMS delivery failure due to invalid mobile number. Winners must follow the instruction stated in the confirmation notification and collect the Reward in person (Winners cannot authorize someone else to collect the Reward on their behalf) by presenting the original confirmation notification and the Eligible Card at the Event venue entrance during the designated time. Late redemption is not allowed, the Reward will be deemed to be forfeited if no redemption by winners on November 18, 2023. - Each Winner is entitled to receive the Reward once only.
- Eligible Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and in good standing during the Reward fulfillment period in order to enjoy the Reward.
- The Reward cannot be changed once indicated on the application form, transferred to another person, cancelled, reversed nor exchanged for cash.
- This Promotion can be enjoyed in conjunction with the Welcome Offer of Citi the Club Credit Card.
- This Program is not applicable to (a) US Persons or (b) Applicant who are a resident individual of the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, United Kingdom, The Isle of Man, Brazil and New Zealand.
Privilege for Citi Mastercard Cardholders - Lucky Draw chance to win “Meet and Greet with Luis Figo Event” tickets (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
- The promotion period is valid from September 6 to October 7, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) (based on transaction date).
- The Promotion is only applicable to selected principal Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards (“Eligible Card”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) who are the recipients of communication material(s) for this Promotion ("Cardholders").
- The Cardholders must be principal Cardholders of Eligible Card and/or sole or principal account holders of any savings, checking, step-up interest accounts of Citibank (“Banking Customers”) and fulfill the following requirements (the "Eligible Customers"):
a. aged 18 or above on September 6, 2023; AND
b. have a valid Hong Kong correspondence address in Citibank’s record; AND
c. have a valid email address in Citibank’s record; AND
d. have a valid telephone number in Citibank’s record; AND
e. must successfully register for the Program through “Get More” using the Citi Mobile® App within the Promotion Period.
- The Promotion will be conducted with the following details:
a) Eligible Customers must successfully register for the Promotion during Promotion Period by clicking “Confirm” in “Get More” via Citi Mobile® App once and conduct one of the Designated Transaction (as defined in Clause 4b) to join the Promotion automatically. Eligible Customers conduct respective Designated Transaction can have the chance(s) (as defined in Clause 4c and 4d) to win Two (2) Tickets of the “Meet and Greet with Luis Figo Event” (the “Reward”).
b) Designated Transaction for Promotion are as follows:i. Conduct Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 9 and excludes Ineligible Transactions) with the single net transaction amount of at least HK$800 (or equivalent) during Promotion Period; OR
ii. Successful Citi Pay with Points / Pay with Clubpoints Redemption from September 6, 2023 (00:00) till September 30, 2023 (20:00)
c) Lucky Draw Chance for Promotion are as follows:i. Conduct 1 Designated Transaction for 1 lucky draw chance. No cap on the lucky draw chances.
ii. Eligible Cardholders who are Banking Customers will be eligible for double lucky draw chances when conduct Designated Transaction.

• Top 10 Eligible Customers who offset the most spending using Citi Pay with Points / Pay with Clubpoints
ii. The Promotion is with limited quotas and eligible to 20 guaranteed price winners.
- Each winner is entitled to receive the Reward once only.
- If the registrations or Designated Transactions are completed before or after the Promotion Period, the respective actions will not be taken into consideration for the eligibility to the Rewards.
- Lucky Draw Winners will be drawn randomly by computer. Winners’ result will be announced on website citibank.hk/2023uefawinner on or before November 7, 2023.
- Each Winner will be rewarded Two (2) Tickets of the “Meet and Greet with Luis Figo Event” (the “Reward”) on a random basis.
- “Eligible Transactions” refer to all posted transactions with official payment records (including online transactions) made in Hong Kong Dollars or in foreign currency, and monthly installments of newly billed Merchant Installment Plans that are posted in Hong Kong Dollars during the Promotion Period. This Promotion applies to the final amount of the single net transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.
- Citibank has no obligation to clarify whether a transaction is an Eligible Transaction before the Cardholder conducts such transaction (based on transaction date).
- “Ineligible Transactions” include but are not limited to, transactions made through PayMe, Wechat Pay, Alipay, cash advance, “Dynamic Currency Conversion transactions”, i.e. transactions with conversion from a foreign currency into Hong Kong Dollars involved at the point of the transaction, purchase of cash vouchers, purchase/add value of gift cards, purchase/reload of stored value cards, Octopus Automatic Add Value service transactions, transactions made through Faster Payment System (FPS) services, traveler’s checks, foreign exchange transactions using Credit Card (for example but not limited to Forex.com, etc.), withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, “FlexiBill” Installment Program and “PayLite” Installment Program, Quick Cash Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, bill payment, utilities bill made with credit card via internet banking or online payment system, all payments made by Citi PayAll, auto payment and recurring transactions, mutual funds payment, fees & charges, insurance transactions, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions.
- If transactions are confirmed to be qualified for the Reward after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, a confirmation will be sent to the winner’s registered contact information according to Citibank’s record via Citi Mobile App Push Notification/ SMS on or before November 7, 2023. Winners have to ensure that the correct primary mobile number are provided in the bank record, such that the notification SMS can be delivered. Citibank will not be responsible for SMS delivery failure due to invalid mobile number. - Winners must keep and submit the relevant original Eligible Card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
- Winners' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the Reward; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Reward without prior notice.
- No person other than the Participant and Citibank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
- The Promotion is not applicable to (a) US Persons or (b) The European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) residents.
Promotion General Terms and Conditions:
- The Reward cannot be transferred to another person, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other offers and is not replaceable in the event of any loss or damage. Please refer to the latest official announcement from the event organizer in case of any change in show dates due to government Covid-19 policy.
- The Reward is subject to the availability of products or service and at the absolute discretion of Citibank and the respective event organizer. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
- Citibank reserves the right to grant an alternative offer in case of shortage.
- Citibank is not a supplier or service provider of the event/ services/ auxiliary services provided and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the products or services provided. The respective event organizer is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services.
- In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of the Eligible Transaction in respect of which the Reward was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the winner's Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the Reward rewarded without prior notice.
- Citibank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw or terminate this Promotion at its discretion without prior notice and Citibank accepts no liability for such amendment, withdrawal or termination. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Citibank and the respective event organizer reserve the right to amend these and relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
