General Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion is run by phases. Phase 1 is from October 31, 2023 to November 30, 2023; Phase 2 is from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (collectively the "Promotion Period").
2. The promotion is only applicable to the AlipayHK Mobile Application (“AlipayHK App”) under Alipay Payment Services (HK) Limited (“AlipayHK”). Cardholders must register as an AlipayHK user at AlipayHK App in order to be eligible to receive the offers.
3. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can only participate in the Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions and receive such offers within the Promotion Period as set out in the relevant terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Cardholder” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK App and Wallet service, but not merely an AlipayHK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same user/Cardholder:
   • • Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
   • • Connection of an AlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or
   • • The same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK accounts.
   In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the Cardholder’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, AlipayHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of the relevant offers to the relevant account and to take legal action.
4. In case of any fraud/abuse or cancellation of the transactions related to the Promotion in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
5. Cardholders’ credit card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
6. If there is any breach of any of the Promotions’ terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the Promotion Period, AlipayHK will forfeit the relevant offer and the entitlement of coupons forthwith without notice, and reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
7. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons.
8. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and AlipayHK at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank and AlipayHK will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to enjoy the offers based on Citibank and AlipayHK’s records.
10. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts will be counted in Hong Kong Dollar.
11. Coupons and/or offers cannot be used to purchase any gift/cash vouchers, gift certificates or prepaid cards. They may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. For goods return or refund, the amount on the relevant coupon will not be returned and the relevant coupon will not be re-issued.
12. The Promotion will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event the Promotion is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond Citibank and AlipayHK’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and Citibank and AlipayHK cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute herein.
13. Citibank and AlipayHK shall not be construed as providing any guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products and /or service provided by third parties.
14. Citibank and AlipayHK reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion (or any part of it) or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Citibank and AlipayHK shall not be liable for any such change, suspension or termination, and reserves the right of final decision of all the matters and disputes.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

17. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Earn Up to HK$80 AlipayHK Bonus Coupons” Terms and Conditions:

19. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion only applies to Principal Cardholders of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card(except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus^® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (“Eligible Cards”) who are also AlipayHK App users (“Cardholders”).
20. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who make a successful Citi Points Conversion to HK$100 value of AlipayHK Coupons in one single conversion via the AlipayHK App with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Redemption”) are eligible to receive a HK$20 AlipayHK Bonus Coupon (“Offer”), subject to “Citi Points Conversion to AlipayHK Coupons” and the terms and conditions hereof.
21. Offer is limited to the first 3,000 Eligible Redemptions in each phase on a first-come-first-serve basis, while the quota lasts.
22. Each Cardholder (regardless of having one or more Eligible Cards linked within AlipayHK App) can enjoy the Offer up to two (2) times per phase, i.e. up to four (4) times during the entire Promotion Period (amounting to a total of HK$80 AlipayHK Bonus Coupons).
23. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of HK$100 AlipayHK Coupon in their Eligible Card accounts to perform the Eligible Redemption in order to enjoy the Offer under this promotion.
24. The AlipayHK Bonus Coupon(s) will be credited to the Cardholder’s AlipayHK App account within 24 hours upon successful Redemption. AlipayHK will solely determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the offers based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. The AlipayHK App must be updated to the latest version. Citibank and AlipayHK shall bear no liability if Cardholders cannot perform a success redemption of relevant offers and/or the relevant offer is lost due to any circumstances.
25. This Promotion and all Redemptions are subject to “Citi Points Conversion to AlipayHK Coupons” Terms and Conditions.
26. Citibank and AlipayHK have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the offers at any time without any prior notice.

AlipayHK Bonus Coupon Usage Terms and Conditions:

23. Except for payments made for Charity, P2P and Remittance, an AlipayHK Bonus Coupon can be used for any transaction after redeeming all applicable rewards provided the net transaction amount is $21 or above and a Citi Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card is used as the funding channel. Only one (1) AlipayHK Bonus Coupon can be used per transaction.
24. AlipayHK Bonus Coupon cannot be used in any purchase of merchant gift/cash vouchers, gift certificates, are non-exchangeable of cash or other products and are non-transferable.
25. AlipayHK Bonus Coupon(s) will be valid upon crediting by AlipayHK subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may go the “Home” page and select “Rewards” at AlipayHK App to check the terms and conditions of the AlipayHK Bonus Coupon.
26. If there is more than one coupon in a user’s account, usage is subject to AlipayHK’s priority rules and the actual payment page prevails.

“Citi Points Conversion to AlipayHK Coupons” Terms and Conditions:

1. Citi Points Conversion to AlipayHK Coupons Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card(except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus^® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
2. This Service is applicable to Cardholders of Eligible Cards for converting Citi Point to AlipayHK Coupons via AlipayHK mobile application (“AlipayHK App”) (“Redemption”).
3. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must have at least one Eligible Card bound to its AlipayHK App for payment purposes. Cardholders will also be required to authenticate their identity by providing their mobile number registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, in the relevant page of the AlipayHK App to receive a One-Time Password. The identity authentication will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Cardholders can then select the Citi Points amount to be converted to AlipayHK Coupons to complete the Redemption under the Service.
4. Identity verification will not be required for subsequent redemptions made by the same Eligible Card under the same AlipayHK account.
5. Upon successful Redemption, the relevant AlipayHK Coupon redeemed will be stored in the Cardholder’s AlipayHK App account automatically and will be deducted automatically in applicable circumstances. The AlipayHK App must be updated to the latest version. The AlipayHK Coupon will be subject to its own terms and conditions. Cardholder may go to the “Home” page and select “Rewards” to read details of the AlipayHK Coupon.
6. Citibank and AlipayHK shall not be responsible for any failure to submit and/or process any Redemption arising from Cardholders’ exit, voluntarily or involuntarily, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 3, including but not limited to network disconnection and technical device malfunction.
7. The minimum aggregate value of AlipayHK Coupons that can be converted under each Redemption is HK$100 (comprising of HK$20 and/or HK$50 AlipayHK Coupons). The maximum aggregate value of AlipayHK Coupons that can be converted by the same AlipayHK account per day is HK$1,000 (comprising of HK$20 and/or HK$50 AlipayHK Coupons). The Redemption is subject to the Cardholder’s available Citi Points in the Eligible Card account.
8. The amount of Citi Points redeemed through Redemption will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account by Citibank.
9. The Redemption rate may vary by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Citi Points required for Redemption are based on the Redemption rate displayed at the AlipayHK App at the time of redemption.
10. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their registered mobile number. Cardholders should ensure that during Redemption, the mobile number registered with Citibank is provided in the relevant page of the AlipayHK App in order to enjoy the Service. Citibank and AlipayHK shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
11. Once the Redemption is confirmed, it is irreversible and it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
12. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior found when using the Service or during Redemption, Citibank and/or AlipayHK will forfeit such Cardholders’ Redemption and the entitlement of the AlipayHK Coupon forthwith and without notice. Citibank and/or AlipayHK reserve the right to cancel such transaction (including Redemption) and to take legal action against the relevant Cardholder.
13. In the event this Service is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond the Parties’ control, such event shall be regarded as force majeure, and the Parties shall not be liable for any damage, loss or dispute incurred therein.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
