General Terms & Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi The Club Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Card”), who are also members of The Club (“Cardholder”). Club HKT Limited ("the Merchant") may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Card type. Please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Citibank and the Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's and the Merchant’s records.
3. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent amount under the offers without prior notice.
4. Eligible Card accounts of Cardholders must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
5. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the relevant transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
6. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, The Club e-Voucher or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant and Merchant shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Citibank. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to products or services provided by the Merchant and Citibank is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to products or services provided by Citibank. Please contact the Merchant for details in relation to the Merchant’s products or services and contact Citibank in relation to Citibank’s products or services.
9. Availability of the offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
10. The promotion is subject to terms & conditions by Citibank and the Merchant (www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html and https://shop.theclub.com.hk/terms-and-conditions) Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

“Enjoy HK$350 Instant Discount at The Club” Terms and Conditions

12. The promotion period is from 12 September 2024 to 31 October 2024, both dates inclusive, or in accordance with Clause 14 when the quota has been used up, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period"). The quota under the Offer (as defined in Clause 14) for the entire Promotion Period is 1,000 under which the quota for the period of 12 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) shall be 500 and the quota for the period of 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 (both dates inclusive) shall be 500. If there is any unused quota from the period of 12 September 2024 to 30 September 2024, any such unused quotas will then be brought forward and added to the quota for the period of 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024. All Eligible Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 15) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
13. The promotion is only applicable to products listed on The Club’s Shopping & Rewards Platform (shop.theclub.com.hk) and The Club Mobile Application (collectively “The Club Online Platform”).
14. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a Cardholder who meets all of the following conditions during the Promotion Period with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Cardholders”) is entitled to a designated instant discount of HK$350 (which shall be applied to the relevant Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 15) at the time of check-out and payment) (the “Offer”):

    Condition 1: Make an Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 15) with an Eligible Card on The Club Online Platform of the Eligible Transaction Amount (as set out below);
    Condition 2: Use the designated promo code “CITI2024” as set out in the table below on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform for the Eligible Transaction which meets Condition 1; and

    Condition 3: If Eligible Cardholders have completed Condition 1 and Condition 2 as illustrated above and use “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform to offset any part of the transaction amount under the Eligible Transaction which fulfils Conditions 1 and 2, the final net transaction amount settled with the Eligible Cards must be no less than HK$3,000.
15. An "Eligible Transaction" (“Eligible Transaction”, also referred to as “Eligible Single Net Transaction” in other communications relating to this Offer; for the avoidance of doubt, the terms “Eligible Transaction” and “Eligible Single Net Transaction” have the same meanings when used in relation to this Offer) refers to a single order transaction after all applicable deductions provided by the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount of an Eligible Transaction includes any value deducted through the use of “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher as illustrated in Condition 3 of Clause 14, but excludes any unposted / falsified / invalid / cancelled / refunded and/or returned purchases, all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to PayMe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), shipping or delivery fee, any value deducted through (i) the use of The Club Gift Card, (ii) rebate, (iii) use of any coupon code including but not limited to Club Shopping coupon and e-Voucher and (iv) other discount offer; and/or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank and the Merchant from time to time. Split transactions are not accepted.
16. Only one promo code can be applied per Eligible Transaction. During the entire Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardholder can use the Designated Promo Code ONCE only, subject to the quotas available, on a first-come-first-served basis while the quotas last. In the event that the quotas have been used up, relevant notice may or may not be displayed on The Club Online Platform. When all quotas for the Offer are used up, the Offer shall be ended immediately without prior notice.
17. If an Eligible Cardholder requests a cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full) for any order to which the Offer has been applied and after such cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full), the final order amount is less than the Eligible Transaction Amount (i.e. HK$9,500), the entitlement to the Instant Discount Amount of HK$350 under the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event the Merchant shall be entitled to first deduct the corresponding value (i.e. HK$350, being the Instant Discount Amount that was applied) from any refund to the Cardholder.
18. No registration is required for the Offer.
19. No Clubpoints will be awarded to The Club Member for the Instant Discount Amount of HK$350 received through this Offer.
