General Terms & Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi The Club Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Card”), who are also members of The Club (“Cardholder”). Club HKT Limited ("the Merchant") may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Card type. Please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Citibank and the Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's and the Merchant’s records.
3. Eligible Card accounts of Cardholders must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive or enjoy the promotion, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Offer without prior notice.
4. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the relevant transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned
5. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the promotion to the respective Merchant by inputting the designated promo code prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards to enjoy the promotion.
6. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for any inability or failure to enjoy the promotion including without limitation the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, The Club coupon or promotional coupons, and/or any other type of promotion or transaction as determined by Citibank and the Merchant from time to time nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other promotion.
8. Availability of the promotion is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services provided by the Merchant. Merchant shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by Citibank. Citibank is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services provided by Citibank.
10. Citibank and Merchant reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the Merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
13. The promotion is subject to terms and conditions by Citibank and the Merchant (www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html and https://shop.theclub.com.hk/terms-and-conditions). Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
14. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
    (b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
    (i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates;
    (ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
15. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
16. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Enjoy HK$300 Instant Discount at The Club” (“Offer”) Terms and Conditions

18. The promotion period of this Offer is from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive, or in accordance with Clause 20 when the quota has been used up, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period"). The quota under the Offer (as defined in Clause 20) for the entire Promotion Period is 300, on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts. All Eligible Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 21) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
19. The Offer is only applicable to products listed on The Club’s Shopping & Rewards Platform (shop.theclub.com.hk) and The Club Mobile Application (collectively,“The Club Online Platform”).
20. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a Cardholder who meets all of the following conditions during the Promotion Period with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Cardholders”) is entitled to a designated instant discount of HK$300 (“Instant Discount”) (which shall be applied to the relevant Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 21) at the time of check-out and payment on The Club Online Platform) under the Offer:

    Condition 1: Make an Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 21) with an Eligible Card on The Club Online Platform of the Eligible Transaction Amount (as set out in the table below); and
    Condition 2:Use the Designated Promo Code “CITI2026” as set out in the table below on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform for the Eligible Transaction which meets Condition 1; and

    Condition 3: If Eligible Cardholders have completed Condition 1 and Condition 2 as illustrated above and use “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform to offset any part of the transaction amount under the Eligible Transaction which fulfils Conditions 1 and 2, the final net transaction amount settled with the Eligible Card must be no less than HK$5,000.
21. An "Eligible Transaction" (“Eligible Transaction”) refers to a single-order transaction after all applicable deductions, discounts and offers provided by the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount of an Eligible Transaction includes value deducted through the use of “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher in accordance with Condition 3 of Clause 20, but excludes any subsequently reversed / autopay transactions / unposted transactions / bill payment transactions of any means as specified by the Bank from time to time / falsified / invalid / cancelled / refunded and/or returned purchases, all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to PayMe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), shipping or delivery fee, any value deducted through (i) the use of The Club Gift Card, (ii) rebate, (iii) use of any coupon code including but not limited to Club Shopping coupon and e-Voucher and (iv) other discount offer; and/or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank and the Merchant from time to time. For further details, please refer to Clause 23. Split transactions are not accepted. Two or multiple transactions will not be aggregated for the purpose of calculating the Eligible Transaction Amount.
22. Only one promo code can be applied per Eligible Transaction. During the entire Promotion Period, each The Club account can use the Designated Promo Code ONCE only, subject to the quota, on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts. In the event that the quota has been used up, relevant notice may or may not be displayed on The Club Online Platform and/or the Bank’s promotional website. When all quota for the Offer is used up, the Offer shall be ended immediately without prior notice.
23. If an Eligible Cardholder requests a cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full) for any order to which the Offer has been applied and after such cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full), the final order amount is less than the Eligible Transaction Amount (i.e. HK$10,000), the entitlement to the Instant Discount of HK$300 under the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event the Merchant shall be entitled to first deduct the corresponding value (i.e. HK$300, being the Instant Discount amount that was applied) from any refund to the Cardholder. Under such circumstances, the Bank and The Club shall have the sole discretion to decide whether the Eligible Cardholder will be able to use the Promo Code to enjoy the Offer again subsequent to any reversal, cancellation or refund. 24. No registration is required for the Offer.
25. No Clubpoints will be awarded to The Club Member for the Instant Discount amount of HK$300 applied under this Offer.
