General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is valid from now to February 29, 2024, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. Cardholders must register as a member of K Dollar Program (“Member”) on the website of K Dollar Program (“KDP”) at: https://hk.krewards.com/ or the designated mobile application(s) of KDP (collectively, “KDP’s Platform”). The name registered for the KDP membership must be the same as the one on Designated/Eligible Cards (as defined hereinbelow).
  3. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers under this promotion were awarded, Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account the equivalent amount of such offers without prior notice and Missions Points Network Company Limited (operator of KDP, “MPNCL”) reserves the right to claim the Cardholder for the value of the offers.
  4. Cardholders’ Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during Promotion Period and the fulfilment period to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice and MPNCL reserves the right to claim the Cardholder for the value of the offers.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. The offers cannot be transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  6. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, and MPNCL’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  7. Citibank and MPNCL will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to enjoy the offers based on Citibank and MPNCL’s records.
  8. K Dollars will be valid upon crediting by KDP subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may visit their KDP accounts on KDP’s Platform for details.
  9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by MPNCL. MPNCL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of using any services or products, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  11. Citibank and MPNCL reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  12. Citibank and MPNCL have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the offers under this promotion at any time without any prior notice.

  15. Capitalized terms and expressions used herein in these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specifically defined shall have the same meanings as defined in the “Citi Points Conversion to K Dollars” Terms and Conditions.
  16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

“Link Citi Visa Cards and Spend to earn 30 K Dollars” Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is only appliable to Cardholders of Citi Visa Credit Cards issued by Citibank ("Designated Cards") ("Designated Cardholders").
  2. During the Promotion Period, Designated Cardholders who link their Designated Cards at K11 HK mobile application and make a transaction of HK$50 or above at K Dollar Visa instant earn eligible merchants with the linked Designated Cards are entitled to 30 K Dollars.
  3. Each Designated Cardholder is only entitled to this offer once during the entire Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
  4. This offer is provided by MPNCL and Visa and is subject to relevant Terms and Conditions. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to this offer. For enquiries or disputes, please contact the MPNCL and Visa.
