General Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period is from January 9, 2023 to February 28, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The promotion is only applicable to the Hong Kong section of KKday Website (www.kkday.com) and KKday Mobile Application (“KKday Platform”)
3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card) and who are registered as a KKday account at KKday Platform. KKday may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact KKday for details.
4. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to the transactions made through PayMe, Octopus, AlipayHK, Atome or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the rebates were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the rebates without prior notice.
7. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the rebates, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the rebates without prior notice.
8. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and KKday absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. KKday is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact KKday for details.
12. Citibank and KKday.com International Company (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and KKday.
14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Spending Reward: Earn up to HK$720 instant discount” (“Spending Reward”) Terms and Conditions

16. Cardholders can enjoy HK$240 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 4) of HK$1,500 or above at KKday Platform with Eligible Cards and must successfully enter the promo code KKDCITI240 (“Promo Code”) at the checkout page during the Promotion Period.
17. Each KKday account can enjoy the Promo Code up to three times (while the quota lasts) with Eligible Cards, amounting to a maximum of HK$720 instant discount, but subject to a total number of 2,000 quota available on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts during the Promotion Period.
18. Promotion period from 9 January 2023 to 28 February 2023, the itinerary has to be completed on or before 30 April 2023.

“Citi Pay with Points Reward: Earn up to HK$300 in KKday coupons” ("Citi Pay with Points Reward") Terms and Conditions

20. The Citi Pay with Points Reward only applies to principal cardholders of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Plus^® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (“Designated Cards”).
21. Cardholders can earn a KKday coupon valued at HK$100 (“HK$100 KKday Coupon”) upon making a successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$200 or above at KKday Platform with Designated Cards during the Promotion Period.
22. Each KKday account can enjoy the HK$100 KKday Coupon up to three times (while the quota lasts) with Designated Cards, amounting to a maximum of HK$300 in KKday coupons, but subject to a total number of 5,000 quota available on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts during the Promotion Period.
23. The HK$100 KKday coupon(s) will be credited to the Cardholteder’s KKday account within 24 hours upon each successful Pay with Points redemption. KKday will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the KKday Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. 24. The rewarded HK$100 KKday coupon(s) under the promotion are valid till June 30, 2023, the itinerary has to be completed on or before 31 August 2023.
25. The HK$100 KKday coupon can be used for next purchase using Eligible Cards via KKday Platform. The KKday coupon cannot be transferred or exchanged to cash, and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions, please contact KKday for details
26. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of at least HK$200 in their Designated Card accounts in order to complete the Citi Pay with Points redemption to enjoy the offer. “Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions

1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus^® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3) Cardholders made at KKday Hong Kong Mobile Application or KKday website www.kkday.com/ (“KKday Online Platform”) with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”).
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
4. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. Eligible Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
5. Identity verification will not be required for subsequent redemptions made by the same Eligible Card under the same KKday account.
6. The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In any case Cardholders exit from KKday Platform voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on KKday Platform, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4-5, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at KKday Platform to enjoy the Service.
7. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Eligible Transaction will be deducted from Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Eligible Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under KKday Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
8. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under KKday Platform at the time of redemption.
9. Eligible Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
10. The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
11. If under any circumstances Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.
