General Terms and Conditions:
- Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Klook Travel Technology Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
- Cardholders must register an account on Klook's website or Klook’s mobile app ("Klook Platform") to book and purchase products.
- Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the respective promotion periods to enjoy the respective offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
- Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

Citi Pay with Points Reward Terms and Conditions:
- The offer is valid from March 1, 2023 to April 30, 2022, both dates inclusive ("Pay with Points Promotion Period").
- The offer is limited to the principal Cardholders of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (“Designated Cards”).
- Cardholders can earn a HK$100 Klook Promo Code (“HK$100 Promo Code”) upon making a successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$300 or above via Klook Platform with Designated Cards during the Pay with Points Promotion Period.
- The HK$100 Promo Code will be credited to the Cardholder’s Klook account within 24 hours upon each successful Pay with Points redemption. Klook will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the HK$100 Promo Code based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the HK$100 Promo Code fulfillment arrangement. For fulfillment issues or disputes, please contact Klook’s customer service.
- Cardholders can use the HK$100 Promo Code for his/her next Single Net Transaction of HK$200 or above at Klook Platform with Eligible Cards and must successfully enter the corresponding HK$100 Promo Code.
- The corresponding HK$100 Promo Code(s) is/are valid for 90 days upon issuance.
- Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of at least HK$300 in their Designated Card accounts in order to complete the Citi Pay with Points redemption to enjoy the offer. The offer is subject to “Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions.
- Each Klook account can enjoy the offer up to three times per calendar month during the Pay with Points Promotion Period.
- HK$100 Promo Code is limited to a total number of 5,000 quota per calendar month during the Pay with Points Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
- All promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, and/or discounts, unless otherwise stated. Some items are not applicable to this offer, including but not limited to Universal Studios Japan and Japan Rail Pass etc.
“Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions
- Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Designated Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Designated Cards").
- This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3 below) Cardholders make at Klook’s mobile application or website https://www.klook.com (“Klook’s Platform”) with a Designated Card (“Eligible Transaction”).
- A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and Klook Credits. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
- To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated records, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being entered correctly. Designated Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
- The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. If Cardholders exit from Klook’s Online Platform voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on Klook’s Online Platform, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will be required to make another Eligible Transaction at Klook’s Online Platform to enjoy the Service.
- The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset the Eligible Transaction will be deducted from the Designated Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to the Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at the Designated Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under Klook’s Online Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Designated Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
- The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under Klook’s Online Platform at the time of redemption.
- Cardholders must update Citibank promptly of any change to their mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
- The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion/s.
- If, under any circumstances, Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Designated Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.
