General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion period is from now till to May 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The promotion is only applicable to transactions made via the Starbucks® Rewards Mobile App ("Starbucks Platform").
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to Starbucks Rewards™ members, who are also cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). The Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
  4. Citibank will determine the eligibility of cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the eligibility of transactions based on Citibank’s records.
  5. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the respective offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay and Google Pay), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
  6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the cardholder’s credit card account or (as the case may be) bank accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
  7. Cardholders’ accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers in the same transaction.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts will be counted in Hong Kong Dollars.
  10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited (“Merchant”) at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact the Merchant for details.
  12. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
  13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Spending Reward: Earn up to HK$360 Starbucks e-Gift Certificate” (“Spending Reward”) Terms and Conditions:

  1. Cardholders can earn a HK$30 Starbucks e-Gift Certificate (“HK$30 Certificate”) upon completing Manual Reload (as defined in Clause 19) for his/her Starbucks card of HK$300 or above via Starbucks Platform with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Manual Reload”).
  2. Each Cardholder can enjoy the Spending Reward up to FOUR times per calendar month within the Promotion Period, and is entitled to a maximum of 12 pieces of HK$30 Certificates during the entire Promotion Period.
  3. The Spending Reward is limited to a quota of 6,000 pieces of HK$30 Certificate during the entire Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while the stock lasts.
  4. “Manual Reload” is defined as a Cardholder adding money to his/her Starbucks Card using a credit card via Starbucks Platform manually. Transactions via “Auto-Reload” settings of the Starbucks Platform are not eligible for the Spending Reward.

 

“Citi Pay with Points Reward: Earn up to HK$600 Starbucks e-Gift Certificate” ("Citi Pay with Points Reward") Terms and Conditions:

  1. Citi Pay with Points Reward is applicable to the principal Cardholders (“Designated Cardholders”) of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (“Designated Cards”).
  2. Designated Cardholders can earn a HK$50 Starbucks e-Gift Certificate ("HK$50 Certificate”) upon making a successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$100 or above via Starbucks Platform with Designated Cards during the Promotion Period ("Successful Redemption”).
  3. Each Designated Cardholder can enjoy Citi Pay with Points Reward up to FOUR times per calendar month within the Promotion Period, and is entitled to a maximum of 12 pieces of HK$50 Certificate during the entire Promotion Period.
  4. Citi Pay with Points Reward is limited to a quota of 3,000 pieces of HK$50 Certificate during the entire Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while the stock lasts.
  5. Designated Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of at least HK$100 in their Designated Card accounts in order to complete a Citi Pay with Points redemption to enjoy the Citi Pay with Points Reward.
  6. Citi Pay with Points via Starbucks Platform is subject to “Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions.

 

Starbucks e-Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:

  1. Subject to the limit as set out in Clauses 17, 18, 22 and 23, a HK$30 Certificate or HK$50 Certificate (collectively known as “Starbucks e-Gift Certificate”) earned by a Cardholder in the promotion will be credited to the Cardholder’s Starbucks Rewards™ member account (“Account”) by the Merchant within 4 working days upon the confirmation of each Eligible Manual Reload or each Successful Redemption respectively.
  2. Cardholders can use a Starbucks e-Gift Certificate for his/her next transaction which must be fully paid with registered Starbucks card at Starbucks stores with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 32) exceeding the face value Starbucks e-Gift Certificate to be applied in such transaction. Only one Starbucks e-Gift Certificate can be used per transaction.
  3. All Starbucks e-Gift Certificates under this promotion are valid till March 31, 2025. (“Expiry Date”)
  4. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the Starbucks e-Gift Certificate based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the Starbucks e-Gift Certificate fulfillment arrangement. For fulfillment issues or disputes relating to Starbucks e-Gift Certificate, please contact the Merchant.
  5. The Starbucks e-Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the Starbucks e-Gift Certificates. The Starbucks e-Gift Certificates are non-refundable and subject to the other terms and conditions, please contact the Merchant for details.
  6. If under any circumstances Cardholders cancel the transaction involving the reward of Starbucks e-Gift Certificate, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the relevant Starbucks e-Gift Certificate credited to the Account directly from the Cardholder’s Account without prior notice.
  7. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers (except for the value of the Starbucks e-Gift Certificate to be applied).

 

“Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions:

  1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Designated Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Designated Cards").
  2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3 below) Cardholders made at Starbucks Hong Kong Mobile Application (“Starbucks Platform”) with a Designated Card (“Eligible Transaction”).
  3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  4. To enjoy this Service, a Designated Cardholder must verify his/her identity by providing his/her mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. A Designated Cardholder can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
  5. Identity verification will not be required for subsequent redemptions made by the same Designated Card under the same Starbucks Rewards™ member account.
  6. To enjoy the Service, a Cardholder is required to complete all the steps set out in Clauses 4 to 5 above on the Starbucks Platform immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. If a Cardholder exits from Starbucks Platform voluntarily or involuntarily (including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on Starbucks Platform) during any of the steps set out in Clauses 4 to 5 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at Starbucks Platform to enjoy the Service.
  7. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Eligible Transaction will be deducted from Designated Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Designated Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under Starbucks Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Designated Cardholders’ card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
  8. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under Starbucks Platform at the time of redemption.
  9. Designated Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
  10. The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
  11. If under any circumstances Designated Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Designated Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.
