General Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion period is from now until June 30, 2024, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 4) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is only appliable to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who must also be the users of personal mobile service of Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("Merchant")("Cardholders"). Offer 1/Offer 3/Offer 4 are not applicable to Citi Rewards UnionPay Card. Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Card type. Please contact the Merchant for details.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only appliable to the designated outlets of SUPREME located in Hong Kong that under the Merchant. Please contact the staff for details of the designated outlets.
  4. A “Single Net Transaction” refers to the final amount of the Single Net Transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, or unposted/cancelled/refunded/falsified/unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  5. Installments under Citi iPhone for Life Plan are excluded from Eligible Transaction.
  6. To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholder is required to settle payment of eligible transactions and pay the monthly service fee and relevant charges as specified by SUPREME through autopay with Eligible Cards. The Cardholder’s name must be same as the name registered for mobile service account of SUPREME.
  7. If a Cardholder fails to settle all relevant autopay payments with the Eligible Cards or terminates the contract/ the autopay service during the committed contract period, offers will be terminated and all the remaining rebates will be forfeited (if applicable). Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s account the equivalent amount of the offer(s) granted without prior notice.
  8. Citibank and the Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
  9. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
  10. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
  11. Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
  12. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
  13. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  14. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact the Merchant for details.
  15. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
  16. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  17. All offers are applicable to selected service plans and handset models. Please contact SUPREME Shop staff or visit for details of shop addresses, products, service plans, offers, terms and conditions.
  18. The promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Please enquire with the Merchant for details.
  19. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
  20. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.


“Extra 33% Monthly Local Data Offer” ("Offer 1") Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholder is required to subscribe for designated 5G monthly service plan with 24 months to enjoy extra monthly 33% bonus local data during the fixed contract period. Entitled monthly bonus data is calculated based on the monthly basic data entitlement and bonus data of the service plan (Value-added data pack is not included).
    • SIM Plan subscription: Cardholder is required to subscribe for the designated 5G SIM / Multi-SIM monthly service plan subject to a 24-month contract period or above and an admin fee of HK$28 per month. Prepayment of HK$100 SIM card fee (per SIM) is required for each SIM subscription and shall be refunded after one month from date of SIM activation.
    • Handset / Handset voucher or Travel voucher or FORTRESS voucher SIM Plan (if applicable): Cardholder is required to subscribe for the designated handset monthly service plan with designated VAS package subject to a 24-month contract period or above with designated prepayment amount and admin fee of HK$28 per month. The prepayment amount will be credited into Cardholder's mobile number service account by equal instalments during the fixed contract period. Monthly fee for the first month must be settled in advance successfully.
    • Offer cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other local bonus data offers (unless otherwise specified).


“Standalone 5G Handset Offer: Enjoy up to HK$4,900 off” ("Offer 2") Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholder is required to subscribe for designated mobile monthly service plan subject to a 24-month fixed contract period or above and settle an admin fee of HK$28 per month within the fixed contract period upon subscription of designated standalone handset. Each transaction is entitled to the Offer once. The Offer is applicable to designated handset models only and the handset models / colour are available while stocks last.


“Accessary Add-on Offer: Enjoy up to HK$262 off” ("Offer 3") Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholder is required to subscribe for designated mobile monthly service plan and subscribe for a designated product at the same time and settle for the designated amount each month (which may vary according to the models purchased) subject to a 24-month fixed contract period. In case of early cancellation of the mobile service or Add-on offer, Cardholder is required to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the monthly fees multiplied by the number of months remaining of the fixed contract period of the subscribed for service plan. The Offer is available while stocks last.


“Autopay Offer: Earn up to HK$90 rebates” ("Offer 4") Terms and Conditions

  1. Subject to other conditions as set forth in these terms and conditions hereof, Cardholders can earn up to HK$90 rebates under Offer 4 upon fulfilling the conditions herein: (1) successfully subscribe for the Merchant’s mobile bills autopay service with Eligible Cards within the Promotion Period, (2) activate autopay for his/her mobile service bill within 3 months upon successful subscription for the service, and (3) remain subscribed and settle the mobile service bills via autopay for 12 consecutive months or above. Offer 4 is a quota limitation of the first 900 autopay service subscriptions during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts.
  2. The rebates will be credited to Cardholder’s mobile service account by the Merchant in equal instalments of HK$15 rebate each on the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th bill month upon the successful subscription of the autopay service. If the Cardholder’s mobile service account and/or its autopay subscription with an Eligible Card is terminated, any unposted or unused rebates will be forfeited without any form of refund.
  3. Each Cardholder can enjoy Offer 4 once only during the entire Promotion Period.
  4. Offer 4 is not applicable to the Cardholders who (i) has already applied autopay service for payment of Merchant bills with Eligible Card; and (ii) cancelled & re-applied autopay service for payment of Merchant bills with Eligible Card during Promotion Period; and (iii) hold a mobile service account of any Merchant secondary SIM. Cardholders with negative payment history of the Merchant bills or service has been suspended due to late payment in the Merchant are not eligible for this Offer.
  5. Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services. Not applicable to returns and refunds.
